How do I return an item purchased on

Returns aren’t easy, and simply costs too much, we suggest you to go through the product details and FAQ before buying, 

in special cases please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

sterile products and freebies cannot be returned for obvious reasons

What if i dont take delivery and shipment returned to microsidd ?

Since there is a huge costs and manpower involved in processing and there are chances of product damages in return shipment the courier companies charge us 1.5 times of actual forwarding charges it becomes not tolerable hence we charge Rs 250/- per shipment for minimum and 100/- per kg for customer undelivered parcels and same is deductible from customer refund.   we request all our customers not to cancel or return the courier and avoid the charges which neither microsidd makes profit from those charges neither customers saves anything from this rejection cost.

What items can I Exchange?

We dont allow exchange or return on any medical products, we can provide you hassle free after sale services after sales since all products are covered with respective guaranty and warranty.

Can I return part of my order?

No, a return cannot be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items if it falls in no return policy, you cannot initiate a return for a full or partial quantity.


When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is impossible for us to support returns / replacements

Return / replacement request is made outside the specified time frame of 1 day.

Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as sold/dispatched.

Specific categories like diagnostic instruments and consumables, suture materials, ultrasound gel, xray films, syringes and needles and freebies

Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and are serviceable.

Any consumable item which has been used or installed

Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

Items that are returned without original sealed packaging, freebies or accessories

Any kind of diagnostic kits, liquids, disposables, consumable.

No Returns and Exchanges is applicable for Overseas orders.


Where can I find the Seller’s Return Policy?

Please go to the product page if its written as returnable or exchange then it will be returnable else its a policy of No-Returns. all diagnostic products, rapid tests, biochemistry kits, monitors, strips are non-returnable. COVID19 supplies such as Mask, Sanitizer, PPE KIt, Gloves and all other hygiene products are non returnable.


When are Refunds provided?

We work to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe.

Refunds are issued when

– Seller cannot provide product

– In-line with Buyer Protection, when a dispute has been ruled in your favour  and declared the shipment not delivered in 30days apart from Returns and Cancellations


How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped the order cannot be cancelled. 

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped to you. if returned due to consignee rejection refund will be processed on actual shipping charges incurred or the minimum of Rs250/- as cancellation fee.

Can i Cancel the order which i order through EMI ?

No once order is placed the banker will process the emi that cannot be reversed and order cannot be cancelled, if you further wish to cancell the cancellation charges will be higher of minimum Rs 250/- or 6% of the value whichever is higher.

Why do I see a disabled ‘Cancel’ link?

A disabled ‘Cancel’ link can mean the following things:

  • the item is being shipped together with another order of yours
  • The item is non-refundable

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as ‘Shipped’, we will be not able to process your cancellation request. 

Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.

The refunded amount will be made available immediately in 5-7 working days you need to provide bank details since we dont store your credit card / bank details on payment.

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of Returns and Cancellations by

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.

Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund after deduction of any shipping charges forward and return if shipped, depending on your preference as per Returns and Cancellations policy.
