When are Refunds provided?

Refunds are issued when

Seller cannot provide replacement

In-line with Buyer Protection, when a dispute has been ruled in your favour  for non delivery in 30days.

Sterile Products like Glucometer strips, needles, swabs, ortho supports, bandages, gloves, sanitizers, hygiene products, reagents and medical consumable doesnt fall under refunds.

However Equipment with manufacturing defects will carry replacement and if seller doesnt have replacement then refund will be done respectively.

No Refunds will be done on EMI option payments.
